One of Prince's favorite guitar is gold-plated Fender Stratocaster guitar that he usually played. Despite heavy as to be apart of this guitar but in fact the Prince still auctioning off this guitar. Who are the buyers? It turns out lucky men who managed to get this guitar is Lewis Hamilton the Formula One driver.
According to news reported by Splash News, a guitar that none of this was paid only U.S. $ 100 thousand only. "We get U.S. $ 100 thousand for the guitar is from my brother Lewis Hamilton, the driver," said Prince. Prince acknowledged that apart from this rare guitar is something that heavy. "I'm sure it will be hard to separate from this guitar, I'm sure of it," he added later.
Gold-plated Fender Stratocaster guitar is indeed second to none. This special guitar was made in the Fender Custom Shop in Corona, California. In history, this is not the first guitar overlaid with gold. In 1996, Mark Kendrick had made gold-plated Fender guitars for Eric Clapton, but not all parts of the guitar is gold plated like the Prince of this.
