Aubrey O'Day has released her new single called 'Automatic,' which will appear on the former Danity Kane singer's forthcoming debut solo album.
The song draws inspiration from the European dance scene, incorporating O'Day's confident lyrics with an infectious electro-pop beat. "She look at my body, it's so official / Every time they see me, they shoot all there like a missile / Just wanna party, don't mean no issues / If that's your girlfriend over there, I think she miss you."
In the chorus, O'Day goes on to explain how she reacts in the club: "When the beat goes boom, I hit the room / My body goes automatic, automatic."
"It's about not having to get done up or put on certain shoe or a particular dress to look sexy," she told Artist Direct. "It's about being able to walk into a room and steal attention."
In her post-'Making the Band' days, O'Day is starring in her own reality TV show called 'All About Aubrey,' while working on her solo record. Her Adonis-produced single was released on April 12, and she has reportedly recorded over 50 songs for her debut.
